If within the first 90 days after purchasing any of our products, a product is found to have a manufacturer’s defect, simply return it to us with proof of purchase and we will replace or repair, at our discretion, for free. Please include your return address and contact information plus $7.95 shipping to return the product to you. Please send your product in a padded envelope and mail it “Ground Advantage”, which will provide you with a tracking number and $100 insurance, to the address below.

Lifetime Technology Guarantee:

We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on technology in ALL our products. If for any reason you feel the technology in our product is not working, simply return it with a copy of your receipt to the address below and we will re-imprint it for you. Please include return address and contact information, plus $7.95 for return shipping of your product.

Repair Program:

If you experience a problem with your purchase after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we will gladly attempt to repair it for you at no charge. Simply return the damaged item with a copy of the receipt and your return address and contact information, plus $7.95 for return postage to the address below.
